Ski hire Claviere - Claviere is a small winter sports hamlet in Piedmont in the Italian Alps close to the French border. Within ski area Via Lattea, Claviere is perhaps the least known village, and it is a quiet starting point for the skifans that only care about the sporting aspect and the surrounding nature. There is a good connection with San Sicario Cesena, and thus indirectly also to a skitours along Sestriere and Sauze d'Oulx. Even a day of skiing in the French ski resort Montgenevre is a must. The ski area around Claviere is also called Monte della Luna. More than 120 lifts give access to more than 400 kilometers of ski slopes. You will have a hard job to ski through the whole area in 1 week. The various ski resorts are usually closer by ski than by car. A large part of the slopes is designed for beginners and intermediate skiers. There are relatively few black ski slopes, but in such a large ski area even the most experienced skiers wil find their challenge.There are no fewer than 4 fun parks in Via Lattea. Claviere is particularly attractive because of the peace and quiet. The landscape is spectacular, and if the weather is good the terraces are a great place to have lunch or dinner.
