The Zugspitze glacier ski resort offers pure skiing and snowboarding fun on 22 km of slopes seven months per year. In the Sauerland, Winterberg and Willingen fulfill all desires of ski, snowboard and cross-country skiing aficionados. The Black Forest offers perfect conditions for cross-country skiers. The Thuringian Forest, the Harz Region and the Eifel are also very popular winter sports destinations.
