Ski hire Villard de Lans - Villard de Lans lies in the area Le Vercors on the edge of Isère. Villard de Lans is supposedly the capital of the Vercors, and has both modern character traits as well as traits of a former Olympic village, as well as characteristics of an picturesque Alp village. Many intermediate runs are found in the Grande Moucherolle and Correncon areas. There is also a good amount of serious skiing for the more advanced skier, with 12 black runs and the off-piste opportunities of the Petite Moucherolle. Added to the 20 lifts here are a further nine connecting lifts of the neighboring resort Corrençon en Vercors, where there is a similar selection of runs for all grades of skier. All these lifts are included on the one pass. The ski area is also popular because of its cross country skiing in the beautiful nature. For the snowboarders there is a fun park in Autrans, that includes a boardercross and a quarterpipe.
