Ski hire Les Arcs 1600 - Les Arcs 1600 is centrally located in the ski area of Les Arcs. Les Arcs consists 4 villages, namely Les Arcs 1600, Les Arcs 1800, Les Arcs 1950 and Les Arcs 2000. The villages are very well connected and each has its own character and type of audience. In Les Arcs 1600 for example you mostly see families, Les Arcs 1800 is especially popular among the younger audience because of the apres-ski possibilities. Les Arcs 2000 is probably the quietest village, while Les Arcs 1950 is completely new, and attracts sportive skiers. Les Arcs is part of the Paradiski Area with access to 425km of downhill skiing, with 475 individual pistes, served by 141 ski lifts. Paradiski offers slopes for everyone from novice skiers to the almost-pro's. In Paradiski you can ski at new ski slopes each day. The Vanoise Express lift connects the slopes and it is the only one in its kind and one of the fastest and largest gondolas in the world. The slopes at Peisey Vallandry are best suited for beginners. The slopes around the Col des Frettes and Col du Grand Retard are fun for different ability levels. The advanced find challenging slopes around the Aiguille Rouge in 2000 and around the Arc Villaroger. For snowboarders Paradiski area offers a tremendous amount of facilities, namely a halfpipe and the so-called 7-3 in La Plagne and the enormous Apocalypse Snowpark in Les Arcs.
